Snack Size is seeking a brand marketing specialist for a fashion brand and an assistant for Adele Tetangco. Applicants must be based in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow with us. This is an in-person contract position starting 2 days a week. This role would assist in the following areas:

Brand Marketing Specialist for Fashion Brand

• Product and website management using Shopify

• Social media management

• Customer service and order management

• Wholesale order management and preparation

• Coordinate production for seasonal collections

• Market preparations: review samples, create line sheets, lookbooks, and costing sheets

• Busy times are Mid-August - Mid-September, Mid-January - Mid-February.

Marketing Specialist for Snack Size

• Coordinate influencer gifting

• Squarespace site updating

• Copywriting and developing email campaigns for Snack Size

• Pulling analytics and optimizing for results

• Entering invoices and expenses

Personal Assistant for Adele Tetangco

• Managing Buddy Lembeck Closet

• General support

Required Skills:

• Experience with digital platforms (Shopify, Asana, Squarespace, Google Suite)

• Hyper-organizational and planning skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to multi-task and manage multiple time-sensitive projects at once

Snack Size is seeking a marketing manager. This position is NOT remote. Applicant must be local to Vancouver, BC. We are looking for someone who is an organized self-starter that blends creativity and analytical thinking and can meet deadlines.

Duties include:

• Working closely with CMO to develop and execute multiple marketing strategies 

• Executing on marketing campaigns and projects

• Work directly with graphic designer to manage assets and complete projects

• Copywriting for marketing materials and assets pertaining to the following channels:

• Website

• Email

• Social

• Paid

• In-Store

• Email Marketing Management

• Researching and managing content calendar

• Concepting and brainstorming new content ideas

• Copywriting and developing emails

• Pulling analytics and optimizing on results

• Social Media Management

• Researching and managing content calendar

• Concepting and brainstorming new content ideas

• Copywriting and scheduling

• Engaging on channels

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and retail

• Experience with digital platforms (Shopify, Asana, etc.)

• Experience and knowledge of key social media channels and platforms (Instagram, Later, Planoly, etc.)

• Hyper-organizational and planning skills
